Core Eligibility Standards
To ensure the best possible outcome for you and the family you are helping to build, all candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:
Experience in Motherhood: Between the ages of 21–38, currently raising at least one child of your own.
Health & Delivery History: A history of healthy pregnancies with no more than 5 total deliveries and a maximum of 2 C-sections.
Physical Wellness: A BMI of 31 or less (under 28 for Premier Tier eligibility) and a strictly smoke-free/drug-free lifestyle.
Personal Stability: U.S. citizenship, financial independence, and no history of felonies.
Environment: A stable home environment with no major travel or relocation plans during your journey.
Medical Readiness: Willingness to remove IUDs prior to the cycle; tubal ligations are perfectly acceptable.
