Our Premier Tier is reserved for experienced surrogates who demonstrate a history of healthy, complication-free pregnancies, stable home environments, and a BMI under 28.

We seek surrogates who are as dedicated to a healthy, complication-free journey as we are. You may be a perfect fit if you meet these criteria:

Motherhood Experience: You are a parent (ages 21–38) who has enjoyed healthy previous pregnancies.

Safe Delivery History: You’ve had five or fewer total pregnancies and no more than three C-sections.

Physical Wellness: You maintain a healthy lifestyle and a BMI under 31 (under 28 for Premier applicants).

Reliability & Security: You are a U.S. citizen with a stable home, financial security, and a clear legal background.

Clean Living: You are committed to being 100% tobacco and drug-free.

Cycle Readiness: You are prepared for the medical process, including IUD removal if necessary.
