Understanding Your Base Compensation
This serves as the foundation of your financial rewards. Your base compensation is distributed in 10 equal monthly installments, beginning the first month following the confirmation of a fetal heartbeat. Upon the successful delivery of the child, the remaining balance is provided as a lump sum within 15 days.
The AIA Beginnings Premier Tier
We place the highest value on proven experience.
First-Time Surrogates: Typically begin with a base of $55,000 plus benefits.
Experienced Surrogates: Eligible for base compensation up to $80,000 or more.
The Premier Program: For qualified, experienced surrogates, we offer elite packages starting at $100,000, including a $10,000 Premier Bonus and up to $30,000 in additional benefits.
Milestones & Monthly Support
We believe in rewarding your dedication at every stage—even before you are pregnant.
Monthly Wellness Allowance: A $400 non-accountable allowance begins once legal contracts are signed, supporting your personal needs through delivery.
Clinical Excellence Rewards: You will receive $1,000 for medication compliance, $1,000 for the embryo transfer, and $1,000 upon the confirmation of pregnancy.
Household & Wardrobe Support: To ensure you are comfortable, we provide a $800–$1,000 maternity clothing allowance and $100/week for housekeeping services during your third trimester.
Comprehensive Protection & Contingency Care
AIA Beginnings ensures you are never burdened by the “what-ifs.” We provide total protection for your health and your family’s security.
Zero Out-of-Pocket Costs: All medical, legal, and travel expenses are fully covered.
Lost Wage Protection: We provide net wage reimbursement for physician-ordered bedrest and up to 8 weeks of postpartum recovery. Your partner is also eligible for lost wage support during the transfer and recovery periods (up to $1,500).
Premier Life & Health Insurance: A $500,000 life insurance policy and full health insurance premiums are provided to protect your future.
Specialized Care Allowances:
Multiple Fee (Twins): $8,000
C-Section Recovery: $6,000
Breastmilk Pumping Support: $300/week plus supplies.
Travel & Childcare: All travel logistics are handled by our concierge team, and childcare is compensated during essential medical milestones.
